The Letron DIY Single Solar Swing DIY Gate Kit is Australian designed for the harsh Australian conditions. The motor has CNC cut all metal gears to ensure reliability.. The high quality 20 watt solar panel and 7 Amp battery will ensure your solar gate opener is always ready to operate. The motor is used to drive the swing gates with a moving speed of 90 degrees in 15 seconds. This gate opener is powered by solar power. It is featured with powerful starting speed.

Letron solar gate opener kit is designed for easy installation by either the handyman or professional gate and fencing contractor. An electrician is not required.

The Kit will open/close a gate, with good hinges, up to 4.6 metres and weighing up to

 250 KG.

The gate can be opened inwards or outwards, if you intend to open the gates outwards or if you gate needs to open against a obstacle for example a wall (we also have a low clearance arms) please contact us before buying. 

It is important that the gate has good hinges, certainly on a standard farm gate the top loop around the gate would need to be replaced with a good hinge.

The Solar Swing DIY Gate Opener has the following features:

• Operation. To operate the swing gate simply press the remote control or wall mounted switch and the gate will automatically open or close.

• The swing gate motor can be set to automatically close after a selected period (up to 60 seconds) after the gate has opened.

• The gate can be stopped during opening or closing cycle by pressing the remote control or wall switch. The next actuation will move the gate in the opposite direction.

• Safety Obstruction Reverse. While the gate is closing and hits an obstacle, or is restricted in some way, it will automatically reverse. The amount of force the gate should encounter before reversing is adjustable. The gate will automatically stop if restricted when opening.

• Security Code Store. The swing gate motor uses state of the art Microchip technology in storing your swing code transmitter security code. Up to 20 different transmitters can be stored in the non-volatile memory device.
