DC Double Swing Gate Kit

No need for mains (240V) power at the gate site each DC double swing kit includes a 15V power supply. Run low voltage wire up to 50 metres to your 240V outlet. Running low voltage wire is safe and can even be stapled along the fence line or run in conduit just under the ground.

Letrons DIY heavy duty swing gate motor. Ideal for double open-mesh farm gates to 4.5 metres and up to 250Kg each gate.  Engineered for tough conditions. It is designed to suit heavy duty double swing gates.

The components and materials used in the circuit boards are the latest technology, of the highest quality and protected by a plastic cover. The motor has CNC cut all metal gears to ensure reliability.

In the event of power failure the 12V, 7Amp will power the gates.

The DC gate opener kit is designed for easy installation by either the handyman or professional gate and fencing contractor.

An electrician is not required.

The gates be opened inwards and outwards, if you intend to open the gates outwards, or the gate needs to open against a obstacle, for example a wall (we also have low clearance arms) please contact us before buying.

It is important the gate has good hinges.

The DC Swing gate has the following features:

• Operation - To operate the swing gate simply press the remote control or wall mounted switch, and the gate will automatically open or close.
• The gate can be stopped during opening or closing by pressing the remote control or wall switch. The next actuation will move the gate in the opposite direction.
• Safety Obstruction Reverse - When the gate is closing and hits an obstacle, or is restricted in some way, it will automatically reverse. The amount of force the gate should encounter before reversing is adjustable.
• The gate will automatically stop if restricted when opening.
• Security Code Store - The swing gate motor uses state of the art Microchip technology in storing the swing code transmitter security code. Up to 20 different transmitters can be stored in the non-volatile memory device.
